Nor East Materials Inc. continues to offer sapphire substrates on all planes and desired axis in diameters from 50 mm to 200 mm suitable for GaN or Silicon depositions. When procuring synthetic sapphire we recognize that quality and price are two elements critical to any organization. All sapphire products are available in stages ranging from raw blanks through to polished form for epitaxial growth. We offer precision tolerances and quick turnaround.

Sapphire Carrier disks are produced with very tight tolerances and excellent optical Properties necessary for photolithography and back grinding applications. Machined to special shapes, recesses, perforations ..... single and double side polished.
